On The Filing Of The Supreme Court Petition


The executives of NPP-JAPAN wish to update our members on the Filing of The Supreme Court Petition by Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the NPP presidential candidate in the election, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, the running mate and Jake Otanka Obetsebi-Lamptey, Chairman of the New Patriotic Party.

The NPP has gathered enough evidence to prove its case at the Supreme Court. The Petitioners says in Paragraph 23 of the pitition that when the irregular votes are annulled and deducted from the total votes declared by the Chairman of 2nd Respondent on 9th December 2012, the results that ought to be returned are as follows:
